If Mismagius were made a fairy, it would just be something to help balance it because it's honestly just a worse Gengar. It would definitely benefit from a /fairy typing, but it's based on a youkai, not a banshee, assuming that was your reasoning for making it a fairy.

If there were, it would either just be a smooth transition and thus boring, or have something unique about it and then you complain it changes too much.
