maybe you guys can help me, I just finally got a coppy of white so i can transfer my pokemon from heart gold up to X. the copy of white was used and has a full pokedex and a shit load of shiny stuff on it. It is all most likely gened but it would be a shame to let any real pokemon go to waste. Anyway i really just want to know if the pokemon bank checks if the pokemon is REAL before transferring it from the game. I dont want to get my shit banned just because i wanted to check if these are real pokemon or not.

If it was genned poorly it won't pass bank. Simple as that. You won't get banned or anything like that.

If you're really paranoid and willing to put in the effort, you could search and check if all the stats, exp, etc are correct for the pokemon for that level. Keep in account EVS and shit too. And check if they have any moves that they can't learn or are in a pokeball they shouldn't be in (i.e. a Snivy in a moon ball).
