Lorkhan is actually based on the concept of a Demiurge, so that would be an accurate comparison based on OP's theory. Look up Gnosticism if you're interested, all of that mythos and lore about Lorkhan and the related gods is heavily inspired by it.

Unlike Lorkhan, who isn't that much of a "bad guy" other than the Heart, the Gnostic Demiurge, Yaltabaoth, is a pretty fucking massive asshole.
