/poke/ - Pokémon

Rise of Darkrai is probably my favorite, Giratina and the Sky Warrior is also pretty good, but JoL was a shitty end to the trilogy. Heroes was pretty good as well, I dont much care for the rest.

Darkrai is the only pokemon film that used a big number of classic movie tropes and had a clear cut epic film structure. Music and action scenes were pretty good. It got somewhat bogged down in goofy and trivial shit in the second third, but I can forgive it.

Giratina one should have been a really comfy character piece, but unfortunately they didn't give Shaymin any kind of character arc. I found this a missing oportunity, but I'd still call it a good movie if it weren't for abyssmal villain. Zero was shit and his six gorillion dollar flying trapezoid was just retarded. Overall, I'd call it more of a disapointment than bad film.

I didn't mind Arceus film much, but it didn't stand out much. It was okay with some really bad dialogue at times and plot holes.

Heroes is just so fucking comfy. Dat garden and waifulass

Favorites are Rise of Darkrai, Spell of the Unown, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, and Heroes.
To a lesser extent I liked Destiny Deoxys, 2000, the Ranger movie, and Giratina and the Sky Warrior.
The rest I didn't care as much for. (Haven't seen Kyurem or the Diancie movie.)
