Where are your favorite places to play? I've tried it all: Online, Brick and Mortar Casinos, and Home Games.
They all have their advantages and disadvantages. I think which one you prefer says a lot about your personality. Online players are more introverted and enjoy working from home. Home Game regs enjoy the social aspect of the game, and are more likely to be far away from a Brick and Mortar, whereas BnM regs either moved somewhere to be close to the casino or are willing to drive a decent amount to play a lot.
I prefer BnM personally because after spending a good amount of time somewhere you learn who to play with and how, and can have solid game selection if you make friends with the dealers and floor. The only drawback is being around degens all day can rub off on you a little. It's hard to keep poker and other gambling separate when everyone around you is doing it. Thoughts?

I definitely like playing online more. More relaxed and to me I can focus more. I play a lot less sloppy and think through my decisions more than live. I do play in semi-regular home games though, which is fun at times.
>main reason I have to play online is b/c it's the only way in my state

I don't like homegames too much. Granted some are fish and fun to play against but there's also the douchebags you have to deal with and idiots that keep asking what you had etc. and looking at your folded cards when they think you're not looking, and targeting you presonally for ego reasons. You also have to keep count of the pot yourself and keep your pokerface and I'm not too good at that.
I'm getting increasedly annoyed with live poker and I'm afraid that I'm turning into a 100% online player.
