I have a question regarding origins and hair colors.

My family knows pretty extensively our history, complete with lots of pictures of our ancestors and what not. My uncle on my mothers side took a DNA test, and what they found matched with our understanding of our family on that side: English, Western Europe (lots from norman invasion of england) and a sprinkle of Irish.

On my fathers side, it's german and English as far as we can track back (9 generations on his fathers side), and that really shows in all of my fathers features EXCEPT his hair color, which is, curiously, black. He has a strong german looking jaw line, a typical german nose, smart as hell and tall. His hair was always black and straight. His skin is as white as ice, like my own. His family history goes back to northern germany, and to england.

What do I make of this? My immediate family is all redpilled and I've grown up with a strong european identity that helped to bring me here to this site. I would die for what many here believe in. Is black hair impossible in European genetics?

I've been wondering… Yes, it's bad under any circumstances for a white woman to be impregnated by a black man, but wouldn't the reverse, under the right circumstances, be a good thing? Question: Would it be worth starting a thread to discuss actual changes that could/should be made to systems that would work? Possibly consolidating them into reasonable ideas, making mock-up bills, and sending them to various congressmen?

I would love to see discussion on this, if only to work out logistics, find flaws in the plans and ideas, and to work out reasonable expectations on how legislation like this would go down.

I've got a pretty even split in male/female characters across the MMOs and RPGs I've put time into, and my only concern when I sit down to piece someone together is what kind of story I feel like telling/playing through at the moment. But the biggest thing that always seems to fly under the radar in discussions like this is the fact that it's a fictional world, and the women within don't necessarily have the same mental/physical traits as the ones irl. The male/female distinction can be entirely arbitrary and down to your personal aesthetic preference in the moment of character creation, and so when you hear people say, "I just prefer to look at a chick while I'm running around", often times that really is the only deciding factor.

I have a question regarding (((economics))) and would love any anons well read in economics to help me understand something here.

So my friend was in a macroeconomics class and their professor was giving them a lecture in which she talked about how our national debt is actually misunderstood and that budget deficits are necessary and healthy, that reducing government spending is disastrous to our economy.

I'll list off what she said (and she is repeating the lesson her professor taught her here):

"They were saying that federal deficits increase private sector wealth. Saving is good for the individual and catastrophic for the aggregate. Since our economy depends on sales, reducing government spending reduces GDP which is economically disastrous. Both fiscal policies attempt to shift budget deficit to budget surplus by decreasing aggregate demand, which reduces total output/income and therefore employment. When aggregate demand shifts far enough leftward, the economy enters a recessionary period. There are substantive concerns regarding income distribution and incentives in the presence of our national debts shadow, but concerns about bankruptcy and burdening future generations can be disputed by this economists logic.

The biggest argument in the lecture was that it is logical albeit inaccurate to apply financial principles geared toward the individual toward the aggregate. My view on this is that deficit spending is bad, because it creates debt. And debt is not fucking good no matter how you slice it, and somebody is going to have to pay that debt. And when the money supply is increased, that may provide a short term boost to the economy, but sacrifices long term stability. The increase of the money supply is inflation, is it not? It degrades the value of the US dollar, right?

I'm a little rusty on this exact specific (years ago was 100% on it) but it's a bit like a cheque or similar, the only thing that gives value to that piece of paper is your signature.
