This episode it aired about a week ago goes over exactly what you're talking about. Real estate developers, petroleum companies and automobile manufacturers had a great interest in white flight.

Western Europe is in a different situation. It doesn't have the space for white flight and infrastructure is already centralised around cities. White flight in America was preplanned and the infrastructure for it was created ahead of time and shitloads of cheap credit were given out for people to buy houses and automobiles. There has been no such preplanning in Europe. In Europe there is low automobile ownership and a reliance on public transportation and no vast expansive suburbs being built to resettle millions of people.

In Europe what will happen is that housing away from the diversity will be unaffordable for the average person. There's not going to be an abundance of credit for the average person just starting their life to buy a house and car with it. It's not going to happen. The only industries I see booming in the future will be like South Africa; private security.

Yes OP you are 100% correct. I've thought the exact same thing for a long time. I work in real estate development in both commercial and residential. Many developers are big time donors for open borders, they will openly tell you they want the cheap labor and it means more houses to build. Because as you notice even if the shitskins can't afford new houses the whites fleeing the shitskin infestation can.

It is even worse. The average rich/high earners live in parts even of inner cities where no diversity is. At high surveillance places like train stations and main commerce roads they behave. So high earners never get exposed. In my city there is a place where four trams use the same crossroad. One line leads into an expensive part of the city (onto a hill even, classic) and three others lead into a hipster quarter and further into overspill/satellite town. The other three are 50% non-white. Meaning everything from outer Europe even! The one line to the expensive part is completely white with an exceptional (sand)nigger in a suit, ostensibly in banking / managerial responsible. The famous exception so to speak. I bet 100% that this one line votes over 80% greens and leftist. It is also clear on the map. Just after the city borough ends, votes swing to black (no, not that skin tone black) conservative and far right. Just like that. The green reach is exactly as far as public transport goes. The political changes in cities is not because they all reflected and thought after, but it is because well planned migration patterns happened over decades. The gerrymandering in Europe happens by placing ÖPNV-lines into specific neighborhoods. After a certain city size, this doesn't work anymore. Paris, Berlin, London, they all exposed the problem to itself now. They are now sorting politically by your personal taste. Either you like living in a shithole like Berlin oder äh, or you live elsewhere. The Ruhrpott and Randstadt are examples of vast areas where the same sorting happened. There is always one line with greens voting their existence away and five in all directions for shitskins, surrounded by conservative areas. The problem is that proportional voting gives that one voting proper a lot more weight if it votes consistently different than it would have if it had the same system as parts of the UK, first past post and fixed and mixed voting areas. So in France, look at how different votes turn out between Commune/Départements and élections génerales. Egregious!

I don't intend to sound like a defeatist or anything but they won't care. The sane ones won't care because they really won't see it as white genocide but rather "more diversity". You can argue that one can't have diversity and the same amount of whites, but not with those people. They'll claim that having your 100 whites welcome 100 non-whites will simply mean that you'll have 200 people (which is only a half-truth); they'll claim it'll be 100 whites and 100 non-whites since they'll ignore birth rates and the inevitability of there being increased mixing. I'm not American so excuse my memory here, but I know that's what the government did in the 1960s when they loosened the requirements on immigration claiming "it wouldn't change our demographic makeup" which was a blatant lie and should have been easy to recognize by anyone older than the age of zygote.

This is the most important part because it is where most of the profit comes from. The value goes down as the nogs come in and the white leave, so the houses are bought up. Then the nogs and whathaveyou that are renting the houses with government grants (aka: white people's money taken by tax) have their rent gradually increased to take up more of those sweet tax dollars. When they stop being able to pay, the buildings are left empty and eventually the neighbourhood starts being emptied. By this point you'll see renovation projects (also government funded) that bring in things like gardens and infrastructure and trendy malls under the guise that it's going to improve the life of the poor nogs that (don't even) live there but instead attracts whites and others that can buy houses. At about the same time, the current white neighbourhood is being destroyed by massive immigration or public housing that brings in niggers and criminals so they're desperate for a new place to live away from all this. When the whites start coming in, the nogs are evicted and sent to the now old white neighbourhood to make room for the whites that can afford higher rent and house prices and starting the whole process over again.

Gentrification pisses off poor blacks but both the Left and the Right middle and upper class like the idea of "fixing up" a poor neighborhood so everyone can live happily together have restaurants and other entertainment activity close at hand..
