Likely not correct. Chinese and Indians are notorious cheaters. It's not intentional exaggeration of the national average, it's individual cheating. India's long history of strictly endogamous castes means an average is not particularly informative anyway because it's really several different populations sharing the same land. You'd see a multimodal distribution rather than a normal distribution as in other populations.
