Well the physical appearance of europeans is what I was referring to. There is evidence that the specific features of blonde and red hair, blue and green eyes were sexually selected for. This is possible, but what he is trying to refute in doing so is just as possible. There is no reason why the upper class couldn't be the remnants, perhaps mixed with arabs to some extent, of the original meds of the region. Just like how the caste system in India was a racial preservation mechanism.
You could do tests of Y-DNA and mtDNA on those specific groups, but all you would know for sure is how people like Assad came to be that exist today, you couldn't prove what mohommad was at all.

I've been in the northern part of Morocco a couple of times and saw a lot of blond/nigger brown-haired children, there's also the berbers in the Atlas mountains of which some of them (not all of them mind you) look almost indistinguishable from Europeans like pic related.
