Nah. I've seen commercial airliners during sunset in the countryside. They reflect some light, but are already very small. A MUCH smaller object MUCH farther away (20-30km vs 800+)? Of course not. The only thing we can see from the ground with the naked eye are planes, balloons, that sort of thing. Anything else you need telescopes.
