I have to nit pick a little. Any Catholic man can become Pope and becomes Pope by whatever lawful process is in effect at the time. If the Pope wanted to function as a cleric able to offer Mass, hear confessions and give absolution, etc. (as all have), then he would have to be ordained and consecrated. St. Thomas Becket, when he was nominated to become Archbishop of Canterbury, was ordained Priest one day and the day after consecrated Bishop.
As a traditionalist Catholic, I respectfully disagree that the new rite is per se invalid and therefore the entire lines of clerics are thus invalid. Indeed, I understand why one comes to this conclusion and observation shows that there tends to be a strong difference in the sense of Priest who was ordained by an older Bishop. My perspective is that the New Rite adds enormous doubt because the new ritual is less clear and more is kicked on the intent of consecrating Bishops.
With that said, my perspective is that Francis is an anti-pope straight up and that Benedict is canonically still Pope. I also hold that since the 1960s, Popes have almost never defined anything as Pope: they have blabbered a lot personally, but has had almost nothing to say or rule in the context of the Petrine Office. That Vladimir Putin is so bold as to intimate that Francis is not legitimately Pope gives me hope for things. There is intense speculation that Russia will be the instrument to vivify Europe and reboot Christendom. Given that the US is evil incarnate and the EU is moribund, the story is shaping up.

These vorticies are , by nature, hollow. As they orbit the sun, they sweep up loose matter, and create a void of flat space time within themselves.
