Losing fat is different for pretty much everyone. I just switched to intermittent fasting and also reduced calories after I got used to it. I'm more than halfway to my goal now, but I know I still want more muscle than I have. It's a process that takes time, and be willing to wait and stick with it. Given that you're here, you should have the motivation to do it. Back when it was just something I should do and I knew women would be more interested I just didn't care. I only had potentially selfish reasons to do it and so it didn't matter to me. Now I lose fat/build muscle for my people, so that I can be a good example and father the next generation. I genuinely believe that this fudging of the stats is deliberate and meant to breed complacency, while lessening the magnitude of the die-off.
In much the same way as non-White offenders are routinely recorded as White to lessen the statistical disparity in rates of offending.
