They'll then dole out that money to the various people in the squat depending on what it is they're supposed to be doing.
When they need stuff buying like supplies for making signs, new bedding, furniture or whatever. They'll typically give some whites the money then send them off. The amount given usually being less than is needed.
Same goes for food and entertainment.

They also rely heavily on whites to keep things under control. Sure they use the black as muscle but the blacks they get are rowdy animals and need a strong arm to keep them in check.
