It would start off as just a modest house on a big plot of unincorporated land. In the early stages, it would basically be a timeshare, with /pol/lacks free to come and go. Maybe people just use it as a vacation place to get away from the jews of daily life. Maybe a couple people living on the autism bucks or who could otherwise work from home would start to stay there full time or for significant chunks of the year. Eventually more people would start to live there full time and we would expand with more buildings and start to make the place self sustainable and off grid. Maybe it never fully takes off and just serves as a gathering place for /pol/lacks who want to get together to do /out/ shit or have lan parties and complain about the jews.
I don't know. It's just a dream I have. No matter what happens, I'll probably buy some property like that in a few years and try to organize some gatherings.
