They need not be perfect in this regard, but if they can be critical of their own group, then I feel we are on the same page and could probably find some ground moving forward.

Whites (Mainly Northern Europeans) are part of an extremely rare breed of high commonweal humans. Most of humanity outside Northern Europe and part of East Asia are all low commonweal.

High commonweal in a simplified nutshell is expecting to have your wallet returned if it's found by a total stranger. This disappears the farther you get away from Europe or Japan. It is the quality of trusting people until they prove themselves untrustworthy. The overwhelming norm of humanity is to find people untrustworthy until proven trustworthy. Having a high trust homogeneous in-group means being able to run a society that is the envy of the shitskins who can't suppress the urge to stab or rape people that aren't part of their immediate family. When your entire society is your in-group, that means that guy next to you on the subway is identified as your family and not a rival group that needs to be fought.

Unfortunately this same high trust can also be exploited for nefarious means. Because they have such a large genetic in-group outside their family you can confuse them into thinking almost anyone can be part of their in-group.
