I can explain the meme magic to you.
It is basically based on quantum physics. I assume you are familiar with wave-particle duality experiments and how the behavior of the wave-particles is changed if there is an observer. Basically by the involuntary will of the observer alone.

You may conduct the same experiment by yourself if you are able to convince yourself that the generator is truly biased. It's harder, that way I averaged 3 to 4 7s in 20 rolls 1-50 range.
That's basically what meme magic is. People don't doubt when they post memes and when memes are posted for long enough they appear real to us. Make enough people believe and you can crush a plane with no survivors.

There was a study a saw a video of at school from a semi-based teacher, can't remember the name of it, but it had similar scenarios to that. 2 random number generators were involved. One went into a safe room away from people, the other went to various folk who were told that it was biased toward certain numbers. After reading this, I've realized something.
You see, a number seven holds a special place in my life. I've seen it fucking everywhere I went in my life, I don't know exactly how to describe it. Basically, I've had a really strange chain of experiences with it in my life and I saw it more than other numbers. Way more.
So I've went and convinced myself that random number generators have a certain disposition towards a number seven. Laid down a bed and thought about it and decided to accept this conclusion as normal. Note that you can't exactly just say "Hey, this irrational conclusion is what I believe in 100%!", so I've really had to think about it.
