I've been wondering about SC for a while now. We all know the state is more evangelical than NH was, but what makes it different than Iowa? What makes the Bible thumpers there compared to the ones in Iowa? Can anyone living in or near SC explain this?

Difference is, the Mason Dixon line among other things. Coastal vs Midwest. We are considered the Bible Belt for a reason. Cracker shot up a church in Charleston, the blacks there forgave him. Our entire state, outside of the north and some coast, is as much if not more black than white but we get along with each other unlike yankees in the NE that act like they are above racism when many don't even see a black person in real life day to day. We know that we are different from each other but we also take what is common with each other and work with it.

We don't fit the stereotyping on us. While we are evangelicals, myself included, many of us see past what is trying to be transmitted to us, message-wise. Trump has made a mockery of being Christian, and while that is the case, I still feel he would make the best president because he will be taking out the PC culture and restoring the economy.

I see it as the American people are miserably walking on eggshells. This is our greatest problem right now. If I want to express my Christian beliefs, so be it but as a Christian, I am not out to have my beliefs forced on anybody.

Trump wants all voices to speak. I hope he guts the media and academia.

Most aiming for the Christian vote are pandering much like the dems pander for blacks, women, gays, etc. Trump isn't going to allow the real enemy to keep flowing in, that being muslims.

I'm up by Charlotte but in SC (Fort Mill/Ballantyne). There's a lot of Ben Carson and Cruz signs up here, only a few Trump signs. Black folks up here like Trump or hate him. Only Republican I've seen that they actually like at all. The white people here are pretty split between Cruz and Trump - I think it will be within 10% close, leaning towards Trump. No one here likes that faggot Rubio; some like Jeb.
