I think we are ignoring another platform for Memery. It's been mentioned before, but the Trump campaign needs a jingle or a fight song. The people who wrote the book on propaganda agree that music is a powerful tool to bring a message to the masses in an easily digestible form.
I believe that's essentially the reason why Pepe is such a powerful image. Pepe is simple, like most music propaganda, and is easy to understand. Pepe has worked out so well because it's grassroots and because he is so easily manipulated into other messages and images.
Every corporation that has good staying power has pretty much had a jingle or a song. The good news is that billions and billions of dollars have gone into the research and development of jingles and songs that convey a multitude of messages.
Now, I'm not suggesting that we need a score with a 100 piece orchestra, but we need to either co-opt a song that already fits with our message and repeat it over and over… Chant it at rallies, put it all over social media. You get the idea.
The idea that we'd have a catchy tune, we wear red hats and even have our own little meme in Pepe is appealing to stupid faggots that want to belong and don't fit in with the Hillary and Bernie crowds. They're useless people, but they can vote Trump and help us further our cause and perhaps they'll actually become decent human beans someday.
Just think of all the shitty commercial/advertising tunes that have been stuck in your head at times. It would be another thing that would make us seem more exclusive and thereby more appealing to people who want to feel like part of a group.
I don't expect this idea to actually take off but if it does, I think it could be something that mines the liberal salt and recruits people who aren't fully cucked yet.
Any suggestions? It has to be something we can chant, so it has to be something simple. Nothing with 12 part harmonies, just a simple fight song will do.

I've heard the Blink 1488 stuff but even shitty blink 182 shit is tough to chant. It's good for having a laugh with friends, but we know that the masses won't have it associated with Trump.
The Cincinnati Reds always play the song Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond and it's catchy as hell and it makes the fans feel united and even outsiders have come to love the tradition of singing Sweet Caroline at games.
People used to pay musicians to write jingles and they made lots of money. But if we can't come up with something on our own, the industry has shown us that you can easily just hijack someone else's song and make it yours. Should be something neutral that anyone can like and will appeal to even older people.
It's not difficult. Even an old American standard like "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" with a change of the lyrics would be something that we can rally behind.

The problem with the music medium is the duration of transmission. An image is interpreted in a few hundred milliseconds, whereas a jingle could take up to 10 seconds to have an effect. It's much harder to force a song upon someone than it is to flash an image. The image is more easily spreadable too.

Oh I totally agree. Visual memes are the best as they are immediately digested.
But it can't hurt to cover all bases, either. If it can help our cause, it can't hurt to look at it.
Another interesting piece of info about visual character memes is that characters with appealing eyes work the best. I remember reading an interview with Trey Parker and Matt Stone a long time ago and what they said was they got away with the shitty animation because their characters have visually appealing eyes. What they said was that if the eyes aren't captivating, the entire idea is shit. I think that's true about Pepe as well. Pepe is a badly drawn frog, but he works because of his eyes.
When picking animated memes that have potential to take off, keep in mind that the eyes are pretty much everything.

>but anon, that's just jewish lies!
nay my child, for pyromaniacs, rave kids, asian youtubers, and even highschool science labs use this theory every day, it's called Cymatics. this is the theory that sound can effect stuff, it has been used to put out, and also control fire (as seen on mythbusters and in the homes of anyone with a candle that watched that episode) and distort non newton solids into monstrous forms.
however specific frequencies can also form geometric patterns (as seen by the cymatic salt videos on youtube) here you might start to notice some things similar to kabalah,
namely: sound manipulation through vocabulary, and geomety.
in those hokey supernatural shows, what are the main ingredients for some kind of magic? a symbol, (for you weebs you know they're often geometric shapes bound in circles, the circle beig representative of a sound wave, and the symbol, the desired effect.) and some form of incantation , (sonic vibration)
from here we can delve into shintoism, and how in their hynms and odd prayers they often chant strange resonating versions of their native language (or perhaps it was an older version, the eastern languages history is complex) this form of chanting can also be seen in various other eastern forms, such as Buddhism and Taoism, with their concept of the ohm. theres a reason the jews fear the samurai
once you spergs harness your collective autism and apply what you know about memetics, with this concept of cymatics, you'll be one step closer to bringing in the era of magic back.
i cant wait until you figure out how to apply this to technology.
you've come such a long way in such a short time too. meme magic hasn't been around for more than a year or so (at least the understood notion of "meme magic" to 8/pol/ )

the beat draws them in, like slaves to the music, the right rhythm will ensnare any beast, as everything beats to the drum of life, or some gay shit like that.
but the note, the resonating of a chord for a prolonged amount of time.
it cuts deep into the psyche.
the trick is to make a fire ass mixtape, music video and all.
bring the dankest may mays form the factory, set it to a hot ass beat clap that all the normies will be drawn to, then you build up. speed up the beat a bit, build a slight tension, an anxiety to know what comes next.
then you hit em with the chords.

once you've ensnared the normie, gotten them to groove to the beat, see the video, and become hooked, you shatter their guard with anticipation with the tempo increase.

Particularly how the final cadential melody has changed, as well as the passing tones between the phrases. And finally, to round off my criticism of someone who probably knows better than I do, the bass feels ways too powerful, and drags too much from the other parts.
