My friends form before me became dark, like a silhouette, and I could no longer make out his features. His voice changed into a deep, commanding, yet benign voice, like what one would imagine the voice of God to sound like. It was telling all this stuff about my purpose in life which I won't get into. It was very reassuring and positive. As I sat completely motionless in a trance, listening, a light began to shine from within my friend's silhouette, which became translucent, like when you shine a flashlight through your finger. With this inner light shining through his face I was able to make out the features. It was like an androgynous, featureless form resembling an embryo. It lacked any distinctive features or individual character. The light grew in intensity until it appeared over the crown of his head in an arc, looking exactly like the sun during an eclipse. I later realized that this is what is being depicted by the halo in religious icons and imagery. This light pooled into a ball on the very top of his head, in the center of the arc and then shot in the air and landed directly on top of my head with a loud SPLASH. The sound was incredibly loud and resembled a synthesizer or something. It was the most bizarre sound I've ever heard. When it hit my head, these colored shards of crystalline gel splashed out and scattered everywhere. It resembled old 90's CGI.
