Twitter has 305 million monthly active users. How many are you personally following? I mean, if you have a Twitter account solely to use as a way to follow the Trump campaign, then you're seeing such a tiny window into the entirety of Twitter.
I'd say it's a case of losing the forest for the trees, but you're not even seeing a tree. It's more like "you're looking at a tiny piece of bark on a gigantic tree that's in the middle of a massive forest".

I read some Twitter accounts from time to time but I don't have a Twitter account myself so I can't confirm or disprove the claims made in the video by Mark Dice but I saw the video this morning and that's why I posted it.
We know Twitter censored the #rapefugees hashtag in January when it became too popular so it wouldn't be that much of a stretch for them to censor not the hashtag this time but the "bad" photos / videos associated with the hashtag #TrumpRally. It's a more subtle move than making the hashtag 'disappear' by manually removing it from the trending hashtags.

I'd say the median age was somewhere between 22 and 25.
