Well the Chinese will be able to mitigate the issue to an extent on the basis that they will still possess all that industrial capacity.
The manpower and equipment won't be going anywhere, the factories will still physically be there even if their owners try to sell or abandon them.
So with the Chinese you may see Chinese companies being granted ownership of huge swathes of formerly foreign owned industrial facilities.
Then the problem becomes one of finding markets. Some reckon they'd retool to service the asian and developing markets.
