That Germany has to shoulder the burden of the refugee crisis, while the EU opposes it, can't be divulged to the voters. But it probably would have been better, to shock the population, instead of letting them in uncertainty.

A report by the Austrian DiePresse.com confirms that again that the ESI was involved inthe turkish-german joint european deal today, and draws attention of the reader to a second secret deal.
The One-to-Oe plan, summarized as "one syrian for one syrian" was not the core of the planned deal with the EU, acording to the report by Gerald Knaus, the leader of the ESI. The background would be a "more radical idea, which is already set", apparently "very soon" to be announced. The idea consists of "the EU, or a `coalition of the willfull`accepting hundredthousands refugees extra, not considering the one for one formula".
After this formula the ease on Turky would be too low, explains Knaus, because only a few thousand syrian refugees would be exchanged. Because of this the one on one deal would be expanded by a parallel program: The resettlement of hundredthousands as a "separate Programm". As a realistic number Knaus estimates "900 per day", not considering the number of refugees travelling to greece by boat. In total this would mean 330.000 people per year.
Knaus points out that you cant really speak about a secret. He suggested such a plan in Septermber, which then suggested the acceptance of 500.000 refugees. The suggestion was reported on by bigger media as well, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) on the 18th of September, the Zeit on the 21st of September and the swiss daily paper (schweizer Tagesanzeiger) presented the ESI plan on the 6th october as the Merkel-Plan, with a link to the 14 pages long original paper.
