Does anyone else think that Newt Gingrich is maneuvering to be Trump's VP?

He's been pretty much entirely pro-Trump while at the same time trying to make peace maker with the GOPe.

What does /pol/ think of Newt?

All I know about him is that he's a massive nerd that wants to colonize space.

I just want Newt to convince Trump of the importance of a fucking moon base.

I want a moonbase goddamn it.

12c165 No.5448888

Put Newt as Secretary of Moonbases.

That's as much as I'm willing to give him. He's a cookie-cutter Neocohen shabbos goy in every other sense.

>implying there's not already moonbases/portals on the dark side of the moon

>Since approximately 1980, a secret space fleet code named 'Solar Warden' has been in operation unknown to the public…

>These are my own words after conducting research into the secret program. Whilst conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with the DoD (department of defence) in 2010, I had a very unexpected response by email from them which read:

>"About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.

>I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates and I'm waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other division. Did NASA refer you to us?"

>The program not only operates classified under the US Government but also under the United Nations authority. So you might be wondering, how do I know this information?

>Well there are a few people and many others that have tried hard to find out the truth, and have succeeded by leaked information or simply asking questions and have government departments slip up and give away information freely, just like what happened when Darren Perks asked the DoD. One notable contributor is Gary Mckinnon.

>When Gary McKinnon hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of "non-terrestrial officers" and "fleet-to-fleet transfers" and a secret program called "Solar Warden", he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed "the biggest military computer hack of all time", and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy's Space Fleet. To date the extradition of McKinnon to the U.S. has gone nowhere.

>McKinnon also found out about the ships or craft within Solar Warden. It is said that there are approx eight cigar-shaped motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small "scout ships. The Solar Warden Space Fleet operates under the US Naval Network and Space Operations Command (NNSOC) [formerly Naval Space Command]. There are approximately 300 personnel involved at that facility, with the figure rising.

>Solar Warden is said to be made up from U.S. aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some contributions of parts and systems by Canada. United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. It is also said that the program is tested and operated from secret military bases such as Area 51 in Nevada, USA.

Please no. I hope Trump is smarter than this.

The only difference between Newt and Cruz is that Newt was manipulative enough to play buddy-buddy with Trump's proposals one month sooner.

If he and Huckabee endorse him publicly, hopefully repent NAFTA, he'd get votes from Kucksich.

Was that the Republican Revolution? Also, didn't Huckabee do battle with the Clintons in Arkansas? There seems to be bad blood between them.

This made me curious so I looked it up

>In Huckabee's first political race in 1992, he lost to incumbent Democratic Senator Dale Bumpers, receiving 40 percent of the vote in the general election.[25] In the same election, Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton was elected president, making Lieutenant Governor Jim Guy Tucker the new Governor when Clinton resigned the governorship. In 1993, Republican state chairman Asa Hutchinson urged Huckabee to run in the special election for lieutenant governor held on July 27. Realizing his loss came among key conservative Democrats, Huckabee ran a decidedly conservative campaign. In the subsequent general election, he defeated Nate Coulter, who had been Bumpers' campaign manager the previous year,[26] 51–49 percent.[10]

>In his autobiography From Hope to Higher Ground, Huckabee recalled the chilly reception that he received from the Arkansas Democratic establishment on his election as lieutenant governor: "The doors to my office were spitefully nailed shut from the inside, office furniture and equipment were removed, and the budget spent down to almost nothing prior to our arriving. After fifty-nine days of public outcry, the doors were finally opened for me to occupy the actual office I had been elected to hold two months earlier."[27]

Yea, there's some bad blood.

Damn, that's some petty shit. No wonder so many Republicans can't stand the fucking Clintons. Christie, Huckabee, Gingrich, now Trump…

Something of that magnitude COULDN'T be kept a secret.

Not if it employed that many people and for that long.

The liberals and Bill Clinton love to take credit for Newt's work balancing the budget in the 1990s when he was Speaker of The House.

The cuckservitives are so deathly afraid of the bad PR of a "Government shutdown" that they bend over for anything Obama wants.

Well Newt shut the government down TWICE.

Brass balls. Fuck PR.

He laid out a simple easy to understand "Contract with America" and got it done.

There is a reason leftwing media and democrats hate him and demonize him. He proved actual conservatism worked.

>The cuckservitives are so deathly afraid of the bad PR of a "Government shutdown" that they bend over for anything Obama wants.

Oh, so that's why Obama has had to use executive action every five seconds during his presidency, because the Republicans were actually great compromisers!

Yeah no, I can't follow this lie. I don't think the Republicans should've bent to his will, but eventually you're going to have to compromise for the good of the country. Our government doesn't get shit done because of this gridlock, so I'm going to love when Trump gets in office because we'll have a full Republican government.

8fc726 No.5451541

That'd be good enough for me. Paul Ryan is way too moderate for me to appreciate his position in a time where stark principles are so important.

2ed9e1 No.5451584

>>5451220

Obama uses EO all the time because the congress lets him get away from it.

The founding fathers gave the congress the power of the purse stings to rein in an out of control president. Checks and balances. If we where really in "grid lock" they wouldn't be passing all these $1.8T omnibus bills that give away the store and growing the size of government year after year.

The current cuckservitive congress says they will not shut down the government no matter what. They gave away any and all leverage they had. If they don't do what Obama wants then he will just do it with EO and they wont' do shit about it.

The R's control the House and Senate. They have all the power in the world to cuck Obama but they wont. All they have to do is cut off the money 'fo dem programs' and Obama would be forced to negotiate. Just like Bill Clinton was.

I've been saying for about a week now that Newtikins will get either Secretary of State or Ambassador to the UN, and though >>5452473 's thought of Chief of Staff isn't entirely without merit, I don't think that Newt will go that route. He's occupied one of the most powerful political positions in the country; he'll want to be put in charge of something big.

I think it's telling that he was able to get his billionaire backer Sheldon Adelson to throw in with Trump too, at least ostensibly.

Removing beaners and kebabs are more important. We cannot have a proper space program if our astronauts fear terrorist attacks.

You know how easy it would be to transport supplies through a space elevator compared to billions wasted on transport materials through rocket launches from the ground? The only reason we aren't building one right now is because of the snackbars.
