Just for your knowledge, when you "delete" a file, it's not deleted. The computer just marks that place on the disk as a place that can be overwritten. If you don't use any more room, then it won't and it's easily recoverable.

What you want to do instead is "shred" the file which overwrites the place on the disk as random bits or all ones or all zeroes. Or you can just randomize all the bits on a drive. That's what Hillary had her inept IT guy do (remember "wipe like what, with a cloth?"). The problem with this method is that you're still leaving traces of the original data on the drive, and pieces could be recovered if you take it to a clean room and use a magnetic imager to do forensics bit by bit.

To actually wipe you need to degauss the drive, but Hillary is a fucking retard and surrounds herself with such so they didn't do that.
