It didn't state that Corporations are human beings.
It stated that corporations have the same right as a person.

Before the 14th Amendment there was no notion of being a
'United States Citizen'.
You were a citizen of 'one of the united States' such as
'a Citizen of Texas' or 'a Citizen of New York'.
The 14th Amendment was forced upon the several states which
choose to secede from the states united and form the Confederate(Anti-Federal)
States of America. They accepted it so that Lincoln's Army would stop raping
their little boys, killing their women, and burning down their cities.

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District
(not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and
the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the

There is a distinct difference between the 'United States' and the 'united States of America'.
The 'United States' is the Federal Government which is limited to the Ten Square
miles of Washington D.C.
When you become a 'United States Citizen' you are essentially becoming a
citizen of 'Washington D.C.'. When you do this, the rest of the constitution does,
not apply to you as you are essentially committing treason to the state(nation) in
which you reside.
You see the 'STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA' type governments for each state.
These are not actually the same governments as the initial states before the
Civil War. They are actually corporate placeholders which impersonate the state
governments which sit empty without any representatives being elected.
