In America at least, the word Nazism and fascism have lost all meaning too. I think that's a big part of why Trump is doing so well.

So if you ask someone what these things are, their answer will more than likely range from completely wrong to way oversimplified and twisted. So when the media tries to claim that Trump is literally Hitler, a fascist, etc… Nobody is believing them. They express confusion, equating these things to racism (discrimination, not realism), death camps, and warmongering (neither of which are true but it's what they are taught, that Hitler wanted to take over the world). They know Trump does not advocate these things, so they assume the media is exaggerating, lying, trying to smear him. Which they are, but as we know they're not completely wrong. While not quite natsoc or fascist per say, he is indeed running with nationalist policies, so we would be moving in that direction.

So they don't know what these things are, they just know that they are supposed to be disgusted by and afraid of them. The problem is they are uneducated about them, they cannot see them, they won't believe it no matter how much the media tells them, and Trump certainly isn't going to tell them. Everybody sees a true conservative running for president with great ideas and the power to make these real changes happen, and they like it. They literally like and want the idea of a nationalist state, they just don't know it.

Trump has outjewed the jews. Even my parents don't understand what in the fuck antifa has to do with this because Trump's "not a fascist, he's the republican frontrunner." We're going to win, lads. And we'll rescue Europe when we're done cleaning up over here.

In my sparse study of linguistics, French is sort of the odd one out among the Romance languages.

It has the closest admixture of Germanic words of all of them, which is why some words don't compare to other romance words.
