Not worth the time or the effort either dealing with myself or trying to enforce for renters, it would cost me more monthly in lawnscaping and other things to meet regulations than i could gain through rent increase. Now i can just tell renters to upkeep their own property and keep their security deposit if they don't and still charge nearly the same rates or slightly higher for a few than in HOA areas, not to mention that since i personally collect cars as a hobby HOA is immediately unacceptable due to that alone.
