I think what he's trying to do is look at Donald Trump's rise in a more serious way; obviously the Tuck Frump movement isn't working (I mean that as a blanket term for everything and everyone that bashes Trump purely on the notion that he's racist and an idiot).
This video takes an interesting perspective though. Instead of attacking Trump and pleading to conservatives "G-Guys! Remember Hitler! Don't let it happen again!", it speaks to the smaller group of undecided voters and leftists. What he's doing is painting the entire Trump movement to be mindless drones. He's saying "this is Trump is telling his supporters, and this is why they believe him". He is using fear-mongering tactics to try and tell the viewer "Trump will silence any dissent, and he will use his supporters to help him". Towards the end of the video, the narrator basically says Trump is an evil man who is building an evil army of mindless drone, dystopian future lies ahead, yada yada yada.
