They are the readers though, more people read shit on the internet than they buy newspapers. Not even in the most optimistic of circumstances would a newspaper be read even by half of the entire country, let alone 80 million, so you kind of have to take that into account, and then on top of that factor in other competing news outlets. What is important is also the ratio between them, considering that we do not know how many readers there are that didn't vote. Sure, it is possible that someone simply used a bot, but after enough times you eventually have to decide whether it is one incredibly dedicated autist or if people really do think this.
