That is because there are certain crimes, mostly involving drugs, that do indeed get blacks targeted and convicted more often than whites.

But when you disaggregate and look simply at violent crime, like rape, assault, murder and armed robbery, the logic that the grossly disproportionate levels of black crime in these areas is down to racism doesn't even begin to hold water. In fact, in predominately black communities the crime is so much more chaotic, the attitude toward helping the police so much more hostile, the wariness of cops who fear being caught up in a scandal of "racism" so much more intense, that if anything there is an UNDER-REPORTING of crime in those neighborhoods. It's even a joke among black people that they would often prefer NOT to get the police involved. Comedians like Dave Chappelle have done whole bits on the negative attitude blacks have toward calling the police, and many have pointed out the way blacks often resist divulging information on the criminal activity of other blacks.

And before you jump to the biased, self-serving bullshit I so often hear, which is that the police are corrupt and that is WHY blacks don't want to get them involved, than you must account for why violent crimes in the black community are SO HIGH ANYWAY. (The criminality is going down, as it is with all groups, but it is still disproportionately high in black communities.)

Even when you disaggregate the crimes that involve ONLY a black victim AND a black perpetrator, the high level of crime persists! Therefore, if you wish to contend that black crime is at similar levels to white crime (and the higher stats are on account of racism) then you must assume one of two things:

EITHER

1) black victims of crimes like rape and assault are INTENTIONALLY MISIDENTIFYING the race of the perpetrator, claiming a black person committed the crime when it was actually a white person.

2) black victims of crimes like rape and assault are INTENTIONALLY REFUSING to report the violent crimes committed against them by whites.

Well, I suppose there may be other options, like blacks somehow falsely accusing other blacks when NO crime has been committed, but somehow getting a conviction by the "racist" white system. But no matter how you try to square that circle it never works. It is so obviously a bullshit claim to say racism accounts for these crime disparities that I feel stupid just trying to explain WHY it is such bullshit.

Seriously, you don't understand the basic concept of proportional representation as reflected in statistics, you fail to follow through on your presumptions about racism with even the slightest bit of objectivity or intelligence… it's all so disheartening. Yet I refuse to believe that most black people are this dumb. I assume it is a case where dumber people like you are the ones more likely to post dumb shit, and that you are not a representative sample of black people.

EXAMPLES OF RACISM:

Blacks committing rapes on whites by a factor of about 40 to 1. (As opposed to whites raping blacks.)

Blacks committing violent crimes against whites by about a factor of 8 to 1. (As opposed to whites committing violence against whites.)

Blacks creating a false history that vilifies whites and is in complete disregard of historical context or evidence.

EXAMPLES OF INSTITUTIONAL RACISM:

Allowing people who have no job and don’t care about getting a job (disproportionately black) to take money, via the institution of the government, from other people (disproportionately white) and yet always feel they deserve more.

Claiming a crime is a hate crime if it involves a white committing a crime against a black, but when the reverse happens, which is much more often the case, the institution of the media and the courts don’t consider it a hate crime.

Having a special, institutional advantage in the form of affirmative action to give yourself a special privilege on the basis of your race.

Having the institution that is the mainstream media give enormous coverage to any sensationalist case of a white policeman or white perpetrator accosting a black person, but ignoring the absurd levels of crime in black communities, including mass shooting and deaths caused by black-on-black violence.

Having legislated a morality into the mainstream via the institution of the federal government, intended to end racism in the workplace, that has resulted in a parasitic community of lawyers and race-baiters who have turned the workplace into a stilted, hostile environment wherein white people specifically are targeted with absurd legal complaints that make many white people more likely to avoid blacks in any passive way they can manage.

TEACHING RACISM UNDER THE GUISE OF SOCIOLOGY TO IMPRESSIONABLE STUDENTS - As sociology is NOT scientific, but is ideological, and that ideology is cultural Marxism and socialism, ideas that are corrosive to the founding principles of America and an utter failure where-ever they are given ascendancy.
