But guys, it's absolutely essential we have boots on the ground! Our brilliant strategy of aligning ourselves with the finest allies ever - namely Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey - means that we have to send in troops to die.

Arming Hezbollah and Lebanon would upset our greatest ally Israel.

Supporting Iran would upset Israel and Saudi Arabia, our other greatest ally.

Sending more aid to the Kurds would upset Turkey.

Getting behind Assad would upset everyone, plus acknowledge that our whole strategy for the past several years in Syria has been a massive fucking failure.

Trump stated last year that he'd rather support Bashar al-Assad than let them be taken over by rebels/ISIS. Pretty much like what Russia is doing right now. Also, it's in US strategic interests to not let Russia call all the shots in the Middle-East in case they manage to control the region all by themselves.

I don't like the idea of Middle-East interventionism either, but considering that the rebels/ISIS is a creature of Israel, I would prefer Assad's government over them.

>Trump stated last year that he'd rather support Bashar al-Assad than let them be taken over by rebels/ISIS.

Yeah, I am completely in favor of that, this is great.

But recently he is defending war crimes against innocent civilians, and now he is saying that Islam is the problem. The usual neocon bullshit.

He has also defended torture more than I believe any other candidate.

>Also, it's in US strategic interests to not let Russia call all the shots in the Middle-East in case they manage to control the region all by themselves.

This is simply more bullshit power games. The only way Russia can control the Middle East not really, but to outside Western observers is if the United States sticks with its failed strategy of backing toxic nations like Israel and Saudi Arabia, while the Shi'ite axis of Iran/Syria/Hezbollah triumphs, becomes completely dominant in Iraq (currently Shi'ite, but more independent), and the United States is left out in the cold because they backed countries that are fucking terrible.

/pol/ overnight started supporting interventionalist foreign policy, it's fucking discusting. There are even people in that thread rationalizing that because Israel created ISIS, trump is doing it to fight Israel. If anyone suggests that Trump isn't Hitler 2.0 they're called a shill by 3-5 other posters.

People we're even saying that we would destroy ISIS and promptly leave. They're completely blind to the fact that this would be Iraq 2001 all over again.

Trump may be the lesser of many evils, but he's still a good goy like the rest of them.

I guess almost all people are willing to give into false hope and self delusion to deal with the pain of reality.

I'm suddenly glad I didn't take off tthe me fra m work to attend one of his rallies.

You know what is doubly sad about the situation with Donald Trump? He really and truly had the genuine populist support to say something even very mild like

>I have many friends in Israel, and it is a wonderful country and the United States will of course defend them against an all-out attack, but we need to start thinking of ourselves first. We need to end foreign aid to all nations, including Israel. If all the groups that support U.S. aid to Israel want to start paying $3 billion a year out of their own pockets, that is their right to do so. It should not come out of the pockets of the American taxpayer. That is true for every other nation as well.

Trump could have said that, and imho still gotten the nomination, plus be in a better position to win the general election.

It's amazing how many trumpcucks support endless wars in the Middle East that will slaughter and mame millions of Whites just so more "terrorists" (they hate us for our freedoms, don'tcha know?) are killed by ZOG for the benefit of Israel.

/pol/ believes the Jews were behind 9/11 (I personally believe the Jews simply knew about it and did nothing) but they still act like Muslims were the sole group responsible and "they all must pay"!

I think he will probably still get the nomination, but you're right that he would have been far better off in the general election to keep with his initial position. I know for sure that he lost a lot of support from veterans and independents for going full Iraq 2.0.

>>11619

>Their live literally revolve around Trump right now.

Yep.

I started visiting /pol/ about 5 months before the trump posting started.

I was exposed to revolutionary literature, facts and ideas that have permanently altered my politics and worldview.

Now 2/3 threads are MUH GOD EMPEROR and there's barely any actual sharing of literary resources or refinement of ideas going on.

Even when trump posters are confronted with facts about Trump's support for Israel, his Jewish family members, his ties to the clintons, his flip flopping or his veiws on foreign policy, they always rationalize it as part of Trump's secret plan.

I can't wait for the day when /pol/ realizes that they've become just as delusionally hopeful as the normies.

Are you sure about that?

I rather thought that his stance not to meddle in conflicts in the middle east, especially the Israeli/Palestina one, was the best move he could do.

That topic is a minefield and one wrong step and you get shredded to pieces by virtually everyone.

If he'd say that all help towards Israel would come to an end, the media and other politicans would've seen it as a confirmation to paint him as Hitler 2.0, and while still be able to get the no,mination, simply because of his current lead, the elction would've easily been in Hiallrys hands.

No, I'm not certain, but close.

If you had been told that Donald Trump would rocket to prominence based on positions like

>banning all Muslims

>basically telling Fox News and Megyn Kelly to fuck off

>building a giant wall on the border

>dismissing political correctness

the standard narrative would be that this is political suicide. And Trump has supposedly committed political suicide many times over.

I think he could have done the same on Israel. Aside from the several million CUFI faggots who are going to vote for Ted Cruz or other candidates anyway, there is virtually no true grassroots support for Israel. A lot of Americans like Israel only reflexively because they dislike Muslims, and they feel some common ground with them.

Trump has shown how shallow the hypnosis is.

Something else worth pointing out, and this is an important observation.

Did you or anyone else follow the 2011-2012 Republican debates? The candidates couldn't shut up about how much they loved Israel in their race to be the bestest goy.

During this election cycle, we saw that during the 1st and maybe the 2nd debate, and then...nothing. Everyone shut up about Israel. Word must have gotten out telling the candidates to shut their fucking mouths for a change, as it was getting too blatant.

Also, there was the famous tweet from Ann Coulter during the second debate.

2) Trump is just as much of a loaded gun as the others. There is no chance in hell he is empty. He spoke some vague tough talk about "THE WAAAALL" and tough laws on illegal immigration, which he has slowly been backing away from, mind you, and alt-right "nationalists" have flocked en masse to suck his dick. Honestly, if there's one thing I'm happy about Trump, it's that he split the more rational /pol/ away from the more deranged, /v/-tier, anime-guzzling LARPers that were present ever since the whole GamerGate thing.

I had no idea there were so many /pol/sters willing to sacrifice their beliefs just to meme and jump up on the bandwagon.

I can honestly see why people would go to /pol/ and ask them "you're just joking around with this racism stuff, right?"

Hi again JewInvader!.

Everyone just ignore this man. He's a DoD contractor and he shills for Trump non stop now(that should tell you something about the Donald by the way, the fact that he has DoD contractors shilling for him, although it might just be because of the fracture point factor that Trump presents to them)

Second pic related is JewInvader!.

I remade the thread yesterday and managed to get it to stay up. I just presented it in a manner that made me look like I was supporting Trump for his decision to be a good goy.

If you want to get shit like this on /pol/ now so you can expose any sincere /pol/acks to what is really going on with Trump, just pretend to be a Trumpcuck when you make the post.

Forgot to add. He was one of the guys(the main one actually) who would spam any thread that went against Trump in any manner with sages and mass picture dumps.

Even if that anon isn't paid, he's still a trumpcuck shill that doesn't have any substance behind his unconditional support of Trumpberg.

Thanks for the info though, I'll keep it in mind.

Great dubs.

The thing is, is that this is what we do for recreation.

What shills like you are doing is the equivalent of me walking up to some Chad's basketball game, pulling out a knife, and slashing the ball so it disrupts play, or even makes it impossible.

It's incredibly annoying. All we want to do is gather and process information.

I agree. Boots on the ground in both Syria and of course north Iraq is the only viable way still left, unless we finally decide to pull out with all activities there (most importantly letting Iraq do their thing as well). Yes these airstrikes have had some effectiveness, but you are still creating powergaps everywhere, which will be filled by somebody sooner or later.

I never realized how difficult it is to properly emulate real /pol/lacks. You people have had months to practice and that's the best you can do? smh tbh fam
