Tbh, I think it's good to put a dividing line before and after the Cold War. The United States did a shitton of crimes during the Cold War, but there was a context and an existential threat from communism in general.

After the Cold War, no such context. Greed, Zionism, and power politics everywhere.

Re the video, I don't believe makes her case the way she is implying. There is insufficient evidence that NATO and the United States directly support ISIS. OTOH, it's well-known that ISIS gets its hands on these supplies one way or another.
