His claim is basically that the English aristocracy so heavily intermarried into rich Jewish families that the family ties effectively made the British Empire the strong arm of international Jewry. So this idea definitely has some historical precedent

As much as it pains me to disagree, that's simply not true.

I would agree that some woman depending on where they're from are sluttier than others, but being chaste?

That's a fairytale.

Ofc I can only talk from my own experience but I haven't seen any big difference between northern, southern or eastern european woman in regards to their willingness to sleep with every guy that is capable of speaking in complete sentences and has self-esteem above that of being a fly.

When the jews spot a superior civilisation, they send in their best females to seduce the virile male leaders while the men do their work of spreading ideologies in order to subvert the lower people. Together, the civilisation is subverted however the jew race has now changed. They now have some of the genetics of the strongest male leaders of the civilisation before it collapsed. Like some kind of Majin Buu-shit, they just keep absorbing the best of the best into their own race and when there is nothing better available, they lie dormant somewhere in the world and return to their carefully planned inbreeding programs (e.g. marrying the 2nd cousin), waiting for the next victor.

I had another thought. While they lie dormant and work on merely sustaining themself with their controlled inbreeding programs, waiting for the next great civilisation, the inbreeding also ensures that those powerful new genes are redistributed across the race.
