We all know that there is fractures in both parties right now, with the Freedom Caucus in the Republicans listed in the following post, and the Progressive Caucus in the post following that. In such divided a house I sense weakness, and the possibility to form a centrist-right party that is
>anti-immigration and pro-gun (southern and southwestern democrats)
>pro-unions
>anti-welfare
>isolationist
>anti-corporatist
>free-trade domestically
All we have to do is isolate the left-wing extremists and corporatists and find our guys in the middle to see if we could help them form a cross-party coalition to break off into a large third party that could wrestle almost all power away from the hard-left democrats.
