This could be true.

>US created and armed a new rebel alliance.

>US asked Iraq to choose between it and Russia.

Clearly Putin wants to deploy some troops or strike ISIS in Iraq but needs support from the people. This is an open-ended war. People support is vital, especially if your economy is not doing well.

Yep he's probably waiting so he has more PROOFS before he can attack.

However. Tinfoilers are probably pretty quick to declare this a conspiracy and that it was all planned by Putin. But let me ask you: when ISIS took responsibility, this would mean ISIS is working for Russia. But how can ISIS work for Russia, if the tinfoilsphere is convinced they work for CIA/Mossad?
