3 reasons:

1) The white race is the superior race*

If you take pride in being white, other races feel inferior, they feel subhuman, they already feel that but that would make it worse. It's not just about race, it's about anything. Sexual orientation, success, beauty, education ..etc Only the inferior people can pretend to be superior. It's part of "muh privilege" and "muh feelings" culture.

2) White people have usually been the oppressors

Again, if you take pride in being white, people think you condone every crime committed by a white person. And the reason they have been the oppressors is because they are smart. If niggers had the same technology as white people, the world would have ended long time ago.

3) Fear

If every white person becomes racially aware, the result is demands for segregation and lots of ovens.

*Ashkenazi jews and Asians have higher average IQ, but overall, whites are more superior. Ashkenazi jews tend to suffer from psychological issues and Asians are no match for white people physically

Coopted by white supremacist groups. Now you can't bring up the idea of a white lobby without accusations of racism. There are some groups, such as the NPI, that apparently want to change that. We'll see where they go.
