Untouchable because they are donors. Trump doesn't need donations and doesn't give a fuck about GOP's image, candidates, future or its donors. That what makes Trump dangerous. He's 70 years old. The Kochs are lobbying for lolbertarian policies. Their real agendas need a little digging. If their intentions are salting the earth for lobbiest, then they are dangerous to the left for example.
