Not the worst possible system, but keep in mind people who are experts in one field can be downright ignorant in others. Gonna shill "Intellectuals and Society" by Thomas Sowell who describes how while intellectuals are important and are great at theoretical systems, the ideas they have often do poorly in regards to practical application.
