No. BOs and mods can't see the IP. Only a hash. They can see post history. It's either the IP is banned or not. If the IP is not banned and they ban me for ban evasion, that would mean they recognized me. What did I say to link me with other banned user? Nothing. This is the second/third post in the thread.
