In case you haven't checked the ban list, it's the owner who hands out the weaboo bans. What we need is codified rules, because saying one part of "chan culture" - gets - are okay but another - anime - is an a grey area is going to lead to catastrophe. Better to either ban it all, or once the raids stop, allow it in moderation and hope the board doesn't turn into /v/.

Those would catch most /int/ shitposters, with minimal collateral damage, and their meaning is clear to everyone. The rules which drove us out of 4chan and /pol/ were subjective as fuck, and all it takes is one bad volunteer (probably the Libertarian) to cause another Gnocchi situation, destroying confidence in the moderation and forcing the owner to shuffle out the rest of the mods to restore confidence, which will lead to more bad hires if /v/ is anything to go by.
