I keep reading articles every 6 months or so about balloon platforms over Washington DC that will have that camera system, although some of the articles claim the platforms are for missile defence others said it will have Gorgon Stare (and I can imagine probably all sorts of electronic surveillance).

I just wonder if anybody has seen one of these balloons yet? They are supposed to look much like WW2 barrage balloons but at a much higher altitude normally.

They are a shitty (re)encoding group from what I understand

They try to get 1080p full length movies under 2gb using x264, don't encode from source occasionally, and generally are just bad at encoding. Plebs eat it up because 'it takes so lonnng to download 5gb torrent!!' Invariably it looks fucking awful.
