In essence, it's a much broader coalition of different forces (financial institutions, multinational corporations, Marxist groups) and people attempting to push their own interests and agendas for their own selfish and narrow-minded interests, whether it's for power or their own ideas of 'justice'. It is these forces that have pushed the idea that all white Europeans, well specifically in the West, are the source of evil in the world and that we as whites somehow acquired a moral obligation, a moral duty - as a result of our 'evilness' - to allow every non-European in the world to access our resources and inherit our countries for themselves.
These are the same people in the political and financial institutions who are running the monkey farms in Europe/the West and using simple, but effective slurs like 'racists', 'neo-Nazis', 'bigots', 'Islamophobes' to keep the native European populations from complaining about their own genocide.
Both global capitalists and radical left-wing Cultural Marxists share a common goal in transferring, as much possible, Europe and the Western world's concentration of wealth and power to non-Europeans - because they fully remember what happened the last time an adversarial ideology almost conquered their share of global power.
