Personally I think it's neither because that area is surrounded by crazy niggers who do crazy nigger things, but as far as false flags go they are really pushing them. I've seen a bunch of really incompetent conservative/white nationalist criminals getting stopped by brave government officials before they cause any damage at all. False flags out the asshole.

Maybe, but that's why we should dig and form our thoughts on the evidence we uncover. Not jump to baseless conclusions.

There's really nothing to say this is a false-flag outside of the fact that we're getting these kinds of stories constantly lately.

I'm pretty sure that the White House fence jumper stories and the NSA shooting were false-flags though. You make your problems, react to them, and do so in advance of anticipated real problems. They are anxious about security in DC for some reason and are looking for reasons to push security perimeters outward.
