September - October is the planned date too put the China International Payment System (CIPS) into effect too make it easier to make payment transfers with the Yuan.

This combined with some other things slated for the fall makes me antsy because something is gonna happen; but this specifically is going too hurt your wallet for sure.

As long as oil is still traded using the dollar, a practice known as the petrodollar, this will just be a drop in the bucket towards reducing dollar demand on the international market. As long as Saudi Arabia keeps OPEC on the petrodollar, the USD will maintain dominance.
