I think the problem of sexism could be easily solved once and for all if there was political will. Simple solution: There should be a government commission randomly visiting company offices and if the company is found to have employed more men than women, it should be forced to balance their situation in maximum 3 months. If the situation is still not balanced after 3 months, the company should be forced to fire all the surplus men, and after 1 week, the women should be allowed to shoot all the remaining surplus men. This solution can be applied to many other discrimination problems. If a company hires insufficient blacks or midgets.. or whatever. There's nothing which can't be solved by guns and quotas.
