It looks like garbage, holy shit, I went back for the shill digging threads which were decent (lots of people trying to distract though) but I knew they would pull it again. People are fickle generally but accept the worst topics as an everything thing (rage shit)
My rage shit is the state of online discussion itself.

It's gone to hell all over again. The stupid explanation is that they have some mods that are cool, and some that are outsiders, and owner is never around to clear things up. So there's this schizophrenic modding style.
The truth has to be that's a cover and they are studying the userbase and then doing a controlled demolition whenever they need to reset and refocus.
Fuck man I'm angry. I want there to be an open place to talk about worthwhile topics but I feel like I'm running from one trap to another. How much time does free speech have left?

EXCEPT:
That shill digging thread was NOT unpinned.
I was in it early this morning.
/pol/'s catalog has a thread that was bumped 3AM wed.
If the thread had simply been unpinned, it obviously would have been at bump limit, but would have taken 31 hours to drop to the bottom of the board at /pol/'s current speed.
Hot-fucking-pockets, niggers.

Yeah, sliding only gets shit off the first page usually. You need a MASSIVE slide you get something off the board entirely.
If you go to /pol/, the oldest thread was bumped (now) 35 hours ago (these things vary).
That means that the thread was NOT unpinned and slid this morning, but rather that it was deleted without warning.

A vol went into the pinned shill-dig thread and said, once again, that there are no shills except for the people that want to ban shitposters.
So yes, the people that want to ban shitposters are now shills, and are trying to destroy /pol/
I really can't fucking handle that board any longer, holy shit. It makes no sense that they would sticky the things they do, then come in and say either "shills aren't real" or "people concerned about shills are the shills themselves".
I don't understand how the userbase can deal with the nonsense? Or are there even any genuine users, am I a dupe?
47cade No.13734
I was cautious (and hopeful), but that schizophrenia was deliberate. It's datamining, they're studying the opposition. Waiting for more solid sources but right now i'm out, lurk only except in happening threads beyond Shills and sticking too GG and here.
Assume Shillgate in it's entirety (including the board) is a honeypot.
4b9be8 No.13736

I also think it's a honeypot, but stillworth digging into. The FH link is real, even if FH is just part of the honeypot. I really think this is somehow related to GamerGate as well

It's kind of interesting that a few nights ago the vol unpins the dig thread suddenly, and at the same time hotwheels nukes /b/

4b9be8 No.13742
One last point. Shitposting has to be passe if bots can be unleashed on the board. They would stand out too much otherwise. I don't think there are bots posting on 8/pol/ but there certainly are on 4/pol/. I'm sure whomever runs those bots would love to send some here

There's no way to even know if any of the names correspond with a single person. I honestly doubt it. I imagine a few people running the board switching personalities at will.
I really really don't buy this story that board owner is always gone and the team is split. I'm telling you now, that's very convenient for manipulation.
When a vol says they are "tryptamine" there's no way for you to know that's true. They could all be sockpuppets

4b9be8 No.13747

When did this start?
4b9be8 No.13749
>>13748
Most would say April 1st when the vols allowed an /int/ raid.
TBH I was reporting shitposts on a daily basis and they stopped deleting them by March 1st. When I would call them out, they would say "report and we'll delete" but they wouldn't actually delete any of them.
You could tell when a raider was there because suddenly new threads would start being created every minute, all template posts similar to bot threads on 4chan. These would not get deleted even though the rate/pattern alone indicated something was wrong
