First document (PDF) basically shows Soros campaigning to get Ukraine back to an IMF standard so Soros has a nice new place to reap investments from, and a hope that a covertly strengthened military will keep russian aggression out whilst Ukraine reforms itself to avoid financial collapse. Soros talks about using backhand EU deals and talks about wanting for Ukraine to not seem like a corrupt government directly planning his manipulation of the Ukrainian government, which is pretty funny. It also talks about the bullshit resolution for Ukraine, where Russia officially holds Crimea and most of the russian speaking territory, and Ukraine holds the rest under the stymy that it's forbidden from joining NATO.
The POTUS letter is somewhat of a rehash, but holds the usual hypocrisies about Russia undermining territorial integrity and how "borders should not be redrawn with the barrel of a gun" and all the usual one-sided complaints 0% self awareness. Leave that for RPR to gripe about. Beyond that, there's suggestions/orders for President Obama to directly make clear NATO's arming and training of Ukraine, (which seems to contradict with the previous document) and to more directly give Ukraine NATO assistance. Seems like the military end of Soros's equation.
Third document is promises to give Poroshenko 15 Billion in IMF dosh, and some worries about Ukrainian currency collapse in it's current state, for the nation is apparently more unstable and unbacked compared to everyone else in our usurious system, and a lot of rhetoric about the "New Ukraine" which probably refers to the increase of rule by outside and israeli interests, his direct words being "You are fortunate to have appointed the "new Ukrainian" ministers and several natives", which gives Novorossiya a lot of credibility assuming that this is real.
