I've been a /pol/ack for a long time and was a /new/sman before then. I've been a socialist, a communist, a left-libertarian. These days I identify more with free market fascism, or something aligning with the principles of freedom + fascism/nationalism. I may not be as right wing as most of /pol/, but one thing I know we agree on is the degredation of our society and how closely it aligns with the surge in liberalism over the past 20 or 30 years.
So let's have a thread about

We've asked this question a lot, and we know the answer but not where to begin. The answer is to create or join an existing *LOCAL* community organization. Subverting an existing liberal organization is also a possibility, but I don't have experience with this so I won't go into it.
Join a local community organization and work your way into positions of influence.
3 years ago I joined my local volunteer fire fighting brigade. I picked this because it's a 100% white, mainly male community organization. I've contributed as much as I possibly can, and maneuvered myself into a position of leadership. I am now 3IC for the brigade and I now command 1 truck and 2 support vehicles. I've really pushed for excellence and camraderie and this is how I've begun redpilling. I've encouraged the team to wear our old uniforms (they have my countries flag in an embroided patch) and hung our national flag in several places in the brigade HQ. I've began to get us more involved in community events, and with the discipline and camraderie that we display, this is acting as a huge beacon to disillusioned white men/teens. We've had more recruits in the past 6 months than in the past 3 years total. They're all white, and almost exclusively male.
DO NOT talk about politics/gas the kikes etc
At best, you look like a retard. At worst, you undermine the nationalist goals of another who may be in this organization, so just don't fucking do it. Politics is best displayed as action, not words. Be fucking subtle. When I've been asked why I wanted to join I've answered that I love my community and my people, and that I want to contribute. People approve of that sort of shit.

This is to temper the team spirit and has been tough for me. I've been inviting/encouraging team members to go to a local pub, which is working to build the closeness of the team. However, I'm somewhat worried this may undermine my position as a leader. I don't want to be the next Hitler, but a movement needs a leader especially at this vulnerable stage. Advice on how to proceed here would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about this. I'm not there yet. I've taken tips from Die Welle, but that's only a movie. I think maybe an event (possibly violent) needs to occur which we would need to intervene in. A few dindus or red flag anarchists is an obvious choice, but how to make sure the team is at the right place and time TO intervene?? Concievably we could attend a nationalist political party and intervene when it gets violent, but we're not at the stage where I could openly get the team to go to one. I would be showing my hand, and it could completely undermine all the hard work I've done.
I post this here because /pol/ is seriously 90% shitposting now. I want to have a real discussion about this. I want to get an exchange of ideas going and help other /pol/acks get started down the same path if I can.

Is anyone else doing something like me? Or is interested in it? I know this board is slower, but I want to hear others ideas of organizations to join etc. Personally I am Christian, but I don't see any churches that would be worth getting involved in for this purpose. Most are either just as marxist as SJWs or so hardline conservative they have no respect from the general population. Another idea could be a scouts group, but scouts groups are under a LOT of scrutiny. The marxist idea that "the children belong to society" (or more accurately, the state) makes the Muh vulnerable chilluns argument hold a lot of weight. I think any attempt like mine at a scouts group would be met with very hostile resistance, and probably legal action.
Another thing I want to add, my fire brigade is democratic. We vote on which community events to attend (includes local council stuff), dress standards, crews etc. And like all democratic systems, they demand a strong leader to erase the democracy. Because I've shown my interest and skill in leading, my vote sways about 30-40% of the brigade without question.

My partner and I have been working on writing a well sourced series of redpill papers that we will anonymously leave out all over our local university campus. If it gets to at least one person then it was all worth it. What you're doing seems more effective, but I'm more of a follower than a leader and am more suited for writing a speech than giving one. Another worry is that it can lead back to me and suddenly I lose my education because I'm deemed a racist, but we have to try.
I've been baptized recently and have had some pleasant talks about cultural marxism with my elders when the inevitable conversation about why there aren't more young adults there. It's a subtle thing, but try to give people small doses when they talk of various things resulting from subversion. It might get people to educate themselves when they start hearing the origins of the trends that bother them.

I actually just recently joined a volunteer Rural Fire Service OP but not for the same reasons. I joined to be more social, get fit and learn useful skills. But what you have posted is pretty cool. Makes me realize how many opportunities to redpill I have, all around me.
how have you gotten into leadership roles? I'm not a real social person so not sure how to begin. Do you just volunteer for extra tasks or something?

I was in the Boy Scouts in high school and in a fraternity in college, and I have been looking for a men's group of some kind with similar values for several years now. This is one of the things that seems to have disappeared from modern society, at least in America–social groups for adults ("Bowling Alone" for you poly/sci majors). Your post really inspired me.
As far as moving the group toward fascism or toward the right, have you thought about some kind of "book club"? I know it's not stereotypically manly, but it could be a great way to let people redpill themselves. Obviously you don't lead with "Mein Kampf" but there is plenty of subversive right-wing material of a more subtle nature out there, many of which is considered "classic" in its own right (pic related). The book club would serve two purposes: one, the members of your group would offer up their own opinions of the material voluntarily, allowing you to assess their positions without showing your hand. Two, the obvious–you can subtly introduce hard-right viewpoints into their lives.

AS for organising, i cannot say. Like some other anons have said, maybe we just need to wait. Society will degrade to the point where this will be much easier. Maybe someone will come into our 'beerhall' and take command of our little group. Maybe we will be something. But not now.
In the meantime, some other anons have mentioned books, like a bookclub, to help people learn about things. I have a question. I am looking for a part-time job in a bookstore near where i live. There is one that is very close (300m) to where i live but it's owned by jews so no working for me there. How shall i sell people the right kind of books at a different bookstore? What shall i say? What reasoning shall i use?

Last week we didn't do any actual firefighting training at all, instead I focused on running through some team building exercises. Got them all talking about what a good leader is and does, and we talked a bit about good leadership throughout history. I encouraged them to read Machiavelli "The Prince", so we'll see how that turns out. I know a couple will definitely read it before next training day.
We talked a bit about why we do volunteer firefighting, and resoundingly the answer was to give back to the community (as well as to have fun setting shit on fire and learn useful skills). I challenged them on this, and asked what the community has given to us to begin with, got a pretty good reaction out of that. "Not much". One of the other guys piped up and said well it doesn't matter how others live, giving to the community shouldn't demand a return. Went back to the leadership discussion, and another of the older guys brought up Caesar and how much he added to Rome. All round good discussion and down the right path.
Before we finished I asked if this was JUST firefighting to anyone, couple of people said yes. I said that's fine, please continue to volunteer and how much we appreciate their help etc(not bullshit, I actually like and respect all of the guys in my team). Then I addressed everyone else and asked if they were interested in doing some casual team sports. A lot of yes, so I've got someone organizing a list of leagues we might want to play in. We'll talk and vote on it next week.
One final thing, we got told that the local government wanted to sell one of our old trucks. It's kind of a symbol because 3 guys died in a flashover in that truck. It's true that we don't use it for fighting fires anymore, but it's like 40 years old and they would be selling it for scrap. Its not actually worth much. Told the guys that myself and the chief would be fighting that decision as hard as we can, got a lot of approval from that.
I think I'm going about this the right way. It's kind of hard to figure out what to focus on next though. We have friendly tournaments between the different volunteer fire crews around, so I might push to be the best in that. But I'm not sure what application that has for my goals and I'm shitty at planning whatever this is, especially long term. How long until I can start handing out black shirts?
