Let me say, I think it's nice that there is a healthy promotion and interest in masculinity. It's important for people to be comfortable with what they are and understand that in this feminized society it's sorely lacking. And I do agree, there need to be places for just men and places for just women, but I wouldn't go so far as to extend that segregation to an entire political movement, as it's excessive and unnecessary.

What makes me uncomfortable, is it begins to reach a point where you start to fetishize masculinity to such an extent that it begins to look contrived and slightly homoerotic. I don't know where that exact line has to be drawn but the impression I get get from some of these guys is, it seems like a house cat trying to be a lion.

I can't be the only one who finds it a bit humorous when I hear lanky guys in their late teens and early twenties speak about themselves as if they were the pinnacle of masculinity. It just seems a bit silly coming from people with such little life experience.

I also really do not support being exclusionary in any way towards women. If you bar women from speaking their minds and ignore their ideas only because that idea came from a women, you are no different from liberals and their "progressive stack".

If what he says is true, and that men really are vastly more logical ( which I somewhat agree with, though not to that degree) then by virtue of the ideas being based on reason they will naturally rise to the top, while the emotional female arguments will fail.
