/polpol/ - Politically Incorrect Discussion

This is my first post on /polpol/ in a very long while, mods can confirm it's me from my post history though, I have posts here dating back three months.

I want to explain why I did what I did, because there has been a lot of misinformation going around and I think it would be valuable for you guys to know the truth. I hope that the moderators of /polpol/ will be kind enough to allow my post to stay up without deletion.

I will start from the beginning: there are currently six mods on /pol/, including the board owner. Two of these mods have been inactive for over a month, and therefore know nothing about what has been going on on /pol/. A third mod has has always had a stance of lenient moderation for /pol/, and hasn't changed his philosophy at all in recent times; rather, it is the rest of us who have moved closer towards the type of moderation he was enforcing all along. The board owner himself is gone until the 7th, though he rarely bans or deletes posts even when he is active. There were only ever three vols who moderated /pol/ with a heavy hand: myself and Nacht (the mods who have posted here), and imkampfy (who has long since left). Every single change that has happened on /pol/ in the past week is the direct result of Nacht and I changing our philosophies towards moderation at around the same time, as we were the only two mods who were still highly active and banned for things like "shilling" and "forum sliding". I know, at least in my case, that I am not a Jew, and I am not influenced by any outside forces. Yahweh abandoned the Jews (Golems, and forsaken people) in 160 A.D.

This all started with the thread Nacht and I made arguing that calling everyone "shills" did more harm than good, and that this is exactly the type of environment of distrust and paranoia a shill would want to create, so that ideas can no longer be properly disseminated and the community no longer trusts itself. It escalated when we separately sought the counsel of some of the first-exodus /pol/lacks, who happened to post on /int/, and word got out that that we had been posting on /int/. By the way, just for the record, the person posting under the name "Tryptamine566" is just impersonating the mods and doing it for fun. I wish that Hotwheels would come out to confirm this, but he typically doesn't get involved in board drama like this. Anyway, by that point I had already been cutting back on moderating for the previous few weeks, and Nacht was the only one really banning for things like "thread derailing". He independently became convinced that this was hurting the board, and decided to cut back on moderating too, which meant there were no longer any mods heavily moderating on /pol/, which has caused the situation you see today.

In the past few months, I began to realize that something was very wrong, very sick about what /pol/ had become. Instead of fighting for the truth above all else, we had become a board that wanted to preserve our own consensus against the outside hordes who were invading us; much like an empire in its late stages of decline. Any such empire must be revitalized, in some way or another, lest it fall, just as Wiemar Germany was revitalized by the National Socialist Revolution. /pol/ was in a sorry state, and right-wing thought was being outright mocked throughout the rest of 8chan, as being a fragile thing that needed be protected by a moderating force which bans any dissenting views under the guise of "sliding" or "bait". This was beyond troubling to me, considering that /pol/ had bled half of its users since December, and had become preoccupied with building a consensus worldview above actually spreading its ideology. Everything I did, I have done in the interest of preserving /pol/'s culture and ideals in the long run; I sincerely hope that you will not cloister yourselves in ever smaller communities to talk quietly among each other, I want to see you burst forth with the truth, to disseminate it to the masses, and to continue to grow your ideology just as you did on lightly-moderated boards like 4chan /pol/ and on /new/ before it.

I will always defend /pol/, always try to keep it strong and healthy, even in the face of enormous popular opposition. This is the burden that I took on when I decided to become a mod six months ago, and I will remain loyal to my board above all else, no matter what. Since /polpol/ primarily consists of National Socialists and Reactionaries, I hope you will understand the necessity of making controversial decisions, at times. This requires me to look at the long-term health and vitality of the board, even in situations where I might be forced to make unpopular decisions to save it. You may dislike that there are a lot of people posting anime reaction images on /pol/ right now, and I sympathize; but here is what you must understand:
